Easy and quick account registration

In order to open your checking account online, there are two ways to go: You can use the standard registration or immediately register it online via webcam / app.

Immediate registration

• Fill out and save the opening form online
• We establish your identity online via VideoIdent on the computer, smartphone or tablet – please have your valid German identity card / passport or Austrian passport (not older than 4 years) ready
• A customer advisor will personally guide you through the process. You will receive your new account number directly

Standard registration

• Completely fill out and sign the opening form online
• Identification in a post office of your choice. The postman sends your opening documents to comdirect. Alternatively, the identity is also possible via VideoIdent online.
• Send in your signed documents
• The opening of your checking account will be processed upon receipt of your documents

Comdirect broker account
