Your home contents are all items found in a household that are used to furnish your home or intended to be used for private purposes. This also includes cash and valuables. Insurance will cover the home named in the insurance policy including the rooms in adjoining buildings. With this add-on, your bike, your partner’s bike, and your children’s bike are insured while outside of your home, cellar, or garage. Just choose your preferred insured sum up to € 5,000 and if something happens, FRIDAY will reimburse the value of your bike.
Glass breakage – building and furnishings
This add-on to your home contents insurance covers many glass items in your home up to the insured sum. Covered items include glass furniture, building glazing (e.g. windows), glass-ceramic or induction cooktops, aquariums, and terrariums. In the event of damage, FRIDAY will replace these items either completely or with items of the same type and quality.
The following items are not covered: Optical glasses, Dishes, Solar panels, Displays of electronic devices.
